How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order pieces are made to order in Korea. Payment is collected upfront, and your piece ships within 3-4 weeks. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification once it's on its way.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or modify your order. After that, production may have already begun, and changes may no longer be possible - please reach out as soon as you can.

Do you accept custom design requests?

At the moment, we offer simple customizations such as engraving and material changes - availability varies by piece. Send your inquiry to leseoul.official@gmail.com, and we'll let you know what's possible.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days; international orders within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is handmade to order in Korea, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-order items. Every order is thoroughly inspected before it ships to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

With proper care, your pieces will stay beautiful for years. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place when not in use.
